Well, here we are again. Long nights, bitter cold, nasty weather etc, etc. In recent yaers I have become more and more depressed through the winter months. I don't know if it is SAD ( Seasonally Affected Disorder ) but; I can't concentrate, I have no energy or enthusiasm for anything, I feel very down and have no motivation to get anything productive done. This year, however, I am determined I am going to change. If anyone has been through the same thing and has any suggestions on how I can improve my mood I would love to hear them.
